  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • dried dill weed - 3/4 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • halibut fillets - 2 (6
  • sour cream or sour half and half - 1/3 c

How to make fish bake:

Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well. Squeeze dry. Saute onion in oil until transparent; add spinach and cook 2 or 3 minutes. Spread in prepared pan. Wipe fish fillets with damp paper towel. Mix dill weed with sour cream and spread on both sides of fish. Place on top of spinach in pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450° or until fish flakes easily. Dot with butter. Place under broiler until lightly browned.

Easy way to fix fish. Can also use imitation or nonfat sour cream. Use butter flavored Pam spray for butter and cut oil to 1 teaspoon. Makes a good lo-fat, lo-cal dish and fish is still moist. Makes 2 servings.
