Ingredients/Components
- mustard - 1 item
- ketchup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion slices - 1 item
- tomato - 1 item
- beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- can chilies - 1/4 oz
- toasted hamburger buns - 4 item
- dill pickle slices - 1 item
- slices Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos - 4 item
How to make firecracker burgers:
Combine meat, chilies, bouillon and cayenne pepper. Shape into 8 thin patties. Grill or broil patties and onion slice 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Place hamburger on bun, top with cheese, onion, second patty, tomato and pickle slice. Serve with mustard and ketchup or mayonnaise if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
