Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 2/3 c
• plain flour
• cloves - 1 tsp
• allspice - 1 tsp
• Crisco oil - 1/2 c
• figs - 2 c

How to make fig cake:

Cream sugar, oil and eggs together; add flour, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, soda, salt, buttermilk and nuts. Stir in figs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
