Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- butter 1 stick - 1/2 c
- egg yolk, beaten - 1 item
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook pasta (fettuccine) as directed on package.Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium until hot. Pour sauce over hot pasta; toss well. Sprinkle with additional parsley or cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
