Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 5 oz
- dash white pepper - 1 item
- cream heavy or light or substitute sour cream or fat free sour cream - 1 c
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook fettucine according to package directions. While fettucine cooks, heat butter and cream in small saucepan until butter melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat. Drain fettucine, return to pan and pour sauce over noodles. Toss gently until noodles are well coated. Serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
