Festive cranberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- can whole-berry cranberry sauce - 1 oz
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
- Red food coloring optional - 1 item
How to make festive cranberry salad:
In a bowl, combine milk and lemon juice, mix well. Stir in the pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares. Yield: 12 - 16 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
