Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour
- sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- unsweetened applesauce
- white vinegar - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts if desired - 1 item
How to make fat free chocolate cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Spray an 8 or 9-inch square pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, milk, applesauce, vinegar and vanilla. Beat at low speed of electric beater until blended. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Can be served with Cool Whip or decorated anyway you wish.
