Family goulash
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- fine noodles - 4 oz
- sliced celery - 2 c
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 1/2
How to make family goulash:
Cook noodles as directed on box, except use half the amount of water and salt. While noodles cook, cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in drained noodles, celery, catsup, mushrooms (with liquid), tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover; simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Kosher.
