- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1 lb
- slices red onion, cut 1/4-inch thick - 4 item
- each; olive oil and lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- large bell peppers, halved - 2 item
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- salsa - 3/4 c
- 7-inch flour tortillas, heated - 8 item
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make fajitas:
Combine chicken, onion, olive oil, lime juice, peppers, garlic and salsa in sealed plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
