Ever-so-easy fruitcake
Ingredients/Components
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- unsifted flour
- 1 lb - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
- jar None Such ready-to-use mince meat - 1 oz
How to make ever-so-easy fruitcake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour and baking soda in large bowl; combine remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Garnish as desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
