  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • unsifted flour
  • 1 lb - 2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • can Eagle Brand condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • jar None Such ready-to-use mince meat - 1 oz

How to make ever-so-easy fruitcake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour and baking soda in large bowl; combine remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Garnish as desired.
