English toffee cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- dark brown sugar - 1 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- Hershey chocolate bars plain - 6 8
How to make english toffee cookies:
Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate and nuts). Spread onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 25 minutes. While still hot, place chocolate bars on top to melt.
