Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
- small jar pimento, drained - 1 item
- cans drained English peas - 2 item
How to make english pea casserole:
Melt the oleo in casserole dish. Add the onion, water chestnuts, pimento, soup and peas. Cover with bread crumbs. I use cracker crumbs instead. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
