English pea casserole

- 5 oz
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can English peas, drained - 1 oz
- can fried onion rings - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese 6 oz
- jar diced pimento undrained - 1 item
How to make english pea casserole:
Combine first 5 ingredients and half of onion rings, mixing well. Spoon half of pea mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with half of cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top.
