Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion - 1 item
- Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- flour shells - 1 item
- little mild chiles - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Fry hamburger and onion. Add soup, sour cream and chiles. Put a little of the mix on bottom of a pan. Put mixture by the tablespoonful onto the flour shell. Roll up and put into pan. Pour sauce on top of enchiladas. Add cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
