- ground meat - 1 lb
- onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Brown ground meat with seasonings and let simmer 30 or 45 minutes. Take corn tortillas and soften in hot grease just a second. Drain and roll with meat mixture, cheese and onion. Top with small can of chili and enchilada sauce mixture. Cover with onion and cheese and bake until hot.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
