- small onion - 1 item
- c milk - 1/3 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- dash of worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- pkg taco seasoning - 1 item
- can rotel - 1 item
- 1-1 1/2 lb ground beef
- pkg 10 count flour or corn tortilla - 1 item
- pkg mexican cheese - 2 item
How to make enchiladas:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. mix beef mixture, soup, rotel, seasoning, milk and worcestershire sauce together. Put cheese in tortilla shells and roll; place in buttered 9x13 casserole pan. Pour beef mixture over, pour extra cheese on top. Bake 350° for 30 min. Top with lettuce, tomato, black olives and sour cream.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
