- tortillas - 12 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- meat - 1 item
- Filling: refried beans
How to make enchiladas:
Filling: refried beans chopped onions cheese meat chilies, etc. grated cheese Fry tortillas in oil to make soft. Drain on paper towels. Heat can of enchilada sauce. Dip tortillas in sauce. Fill tortillas with any of the fillings. (Usually refried beans and chopped onions.) Roll up tortillas and put in baking dish. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are hot.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
