- Optional Ingredients: onions
- leftover meat chicken, turkey, pork or beef roast - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Sauce: equal amounts enchilada sauce and Campbell's cream of mushroom soup Optional Ingredients: onions black olives green chilies Combine meat, optional ingredients (if desired) and enough enchilada sauce to moisten. Place in the center of the tortilla, roll and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over filled tortillas. Bake at 350° until warm.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
