Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1/2-i item
- can Hormel chili without beans - 1 item
- can green chiles, chopped - 1 item
- can black olives, chopped - 1 item
- large corn chips - 1 item
- Monterey Jack and/or sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make enchilada pie:
Layer ingredients in order, excluding corn chips which will be used for dipping. Use a shallow, ovenproof dish. A quiche dish is perfect. Bake in a 350° oven for about 15 minutes or until hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
