- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 8 oz
- can milk - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- corn tortillas - 1 to
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- onion to taste - 1 item
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Layer tortillas, sauce and then cheese in large baking dish. Top with cheese, then bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
