Enchilada pie
Ingredients/Components
- onions - 2 item
- bell peppers - 3 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cumin - 2 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- flour tortillas - 6 item
- fresh jalapeno peppers - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3 oz
- Monterey Jack cheese about 3/4 c - 3 oz
How to make enchilada pie:
Heat oven to 350°. Slice onions and bell peppers. Mince garlic. Drain tomatoes. Cook beef in large frying pan until no longer pink. Remove with a slotted spoon. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. CRecipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
