  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 1/4 c
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 6 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
  • to 2 cloves garlic - 1 item
  • ground chuck

How to make enchilada pie:

Heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Saute until golden brown. Add meat and brown. Sprinkle flour over meat and onion. Add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Line greased casserole with some sauce. Add tortill
