Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- hamburger - 2 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- bottle Tabasco sauce - 1 oz
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
- flour tortilla shells fajita size - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger. Heat together with the next 5 ingredients. Layer meat sauce and shells in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until bubbly at 350° (30 to 40 minutes).Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
