Enchilada casserole



  • milk - 3/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • can green chilies - 1 oz
  • whole tomatoes - 2 c

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown and drain fat from ground beef. Add onion and garlic powder. Add to preceeding ingredients the taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, green chilies and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon in flour tortillas and roll up. Place in oblong pan. If you have meat mixture left over, spoon over tortillas.

Mix milk and cream of chicken soup. Pour over the tortillas. Grate Cheddar cheese to cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
