  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • small cans chopped black olives - 2 item
  • cans enchilada sauce mild - 2 item
  • flour tortillas small size - 24 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown beef and onions; drain. Mix meat, soups, enchilada sauce and olives. Tear up tortillas in bottom of large baking dish. Layer one layer of tortillas, then one layer of cheese. Repeat layers again. Depending on size of baking dish, you should have 2 to 3 layers. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° in a preheated oven.
