Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- ground beef - 3 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- can chopped olives - 1 item
- can chili pepper - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Cook meat and onion. Mix all other ingredients and add cooked meat. Put in a large pan a layer of tortillas and pour mixture over these. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then add cheese.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
