  • milk - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • can chopped olives - 1 item
  • can chili pepper - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Cook meat and onion. Mix all other ingredients and add cooked meat. Put in a large pan a layer of tortillas and pour mixture over these. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then add cheese.
