Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- Doritos tortilla chips - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown ground beef. Mix enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and water together. Bring to a boil and mix with ground beef. Place a layer of chips in pan. Slice cheese on chips and pour sauce on top and continue to layer. Bake in 350° oven about 30 minutes, until brown on top.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
