Ingredients/Components
- ground meat - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 4 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- can enchilada sauce mild - 1 item
- corn tortillas 10 or more, torn in bite size pieces - 1 pkg
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat and onion; pour off grease. Add chilies, soups (no water), enchilada sauce and milk. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Put layer of tortillas, meat mixture on top of tortillas, then layer of grated cheese. Repeat layers. BAKE AT 350° FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES, UNTIL BUBBLY.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
