Emily's spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned pepper - 1/2 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 2 item
- bacon strips, baked and crumbled - 5 item
How to make emily's spinach salad:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside. Place spinach in a large bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently.
