Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- English muffins - 1 item
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1/2 lb
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 1 doz
- warm milk - 3 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 lb
- Canadian bacon or favorite ham - 1 item
How to make eggs benedict:
Mix butter, milk, salt and pepper. Add Cheez Whiz, Velveeta, Cheddar and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until cheese is melted. Add sliced eggs and mushrooms. Serve over toasted English muffins and sliced Canadian bacon.Recipe categories: Fruit, Breakfast, < 30 mins.
