Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- onion - 1/3 c
- stewed eggplants - 2 c
How to make eggplant patties:
Drain eggplant from juice. Mix eggplant, egg and onion until sticky. Stir flour and baking powder into milk; stir in eggplant mixture. Form into patties or drop with spoon into hot Crisco. Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Greek.
