Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- spaghetti sauce - 2 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 8 oz
- garlic seasoning - 1 item
- large eggplant, sliced and boiled until tender - 1 item
How to make eggplant parmesan:
Sprinkle garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese into bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggplant, onion and half the spaghetti sauce in a casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over this; add remaining spaghetti sauce. Put Mozzarella cheese over this. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, North american.
