Eggplant parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium size eggplant - 1 item
- Provolone and Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
How to make eggplant parmesan:
Slice eggplant approximately 1/2-inch thick. Flour. Brown. Mix hamburger and remaining ingredients thoroughly. Take hamburg mixture and cover each eggplant individually. Layer eggplant with either or both Mozzarella or Provolone cheese. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Season with Italian seasonings.
