Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 to
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 2 item
- ground beef or pork or mixture of both - 1 lb
- eggplant, cooked - 1 item
How to make eggplant dressing:
Lightly brown ground meat; drain. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, celery and eggplant. Cook until vegetables are tender, adding water as necessary to keep from sticking.
