Eggplant casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- American cheese, cubed - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked eggplant, cubed - 2 c
How to make eggplant casserole:
Add butter to hot eggplant; mix until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° until center rises, about 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
