Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- eggplant - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese
How to make eggplant casserole:
Cook eggplant until tender; drain. Add other ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup crumbs and a small amount of butter for top. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
