  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cracker crumbs
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • eggplant - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese

How to make eggplant casserole:

Cook eggplant until tender; drain. Add other ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup crumbs and a small amount of butter for top. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
