Eggnog rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- raisins - 1/3 c
- eggnog - 2 c
- nutmeg for garnish - 1 item
- cornstarch do not use flour
- rum extract can use vanilla - 1 tsp
- cooked rice do not use instant - 2 c
How to make eggnog rice pudding:
Heat eggnog over low heat and combine milk and cornstarch. Pour into eggnog, stirring constantly. Continue to cook over low heat until it thickens. Remove from heat; add raisins, salt and flavoring.
