  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 5 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • cake flour - 3 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • canned milk - 1 c
  • rum extract - 1 tsp
  • coconut extract - 1 tsp
  • butternut extract - 1 tsp

How to make eggnog pound cake:

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add extracts one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Use 10-inch tube pan greased and floured. (Bundt pan may be used.) Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325° until done.
