Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 5 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- cake flour - 3 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- canned milk - 1 c
- rum extract - 1 tsp
- coconut extract - 1 tsp
- butternut extract - 1 tsp
How to make eggnog pound cake:
Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add extracts one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Use 10-inch tube pan greased and floured. (Bundt pan may be used.) Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325° until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Christmas.
