Ingredients/Components
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- 8 oz
- rum or 1/4 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- cold dairy or canned eggnog - 1 c
- 6 serving size Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling - 1 pkg
- prepared 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make eggnog pie:
Pour cold eggnog into bowl. Add pie filling mix, rum and nutmeg. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until blended, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
