- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- eggnog - 1 c
How to make eggnog cheesecake:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add gelatin and eggnog. Refrigerate until slighlty thick. Beat whipping cream until peaks form. Fold in whipped cream.
