Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- finely grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make eggless zucchini brownies:
Mix together in a large bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa and nuts (optional). Then add zucchini, oil and vanilla. Mix by hand until moistened. Pour in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Brownies.
