Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg yolks - 4 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
How to make egg yolk noodles:
Sift dry ingredients together, work in shortening. Make a well in center and add egg yolks and milk (eggs and milk blended together). Blend ingredients with fork, turn out on well floured board and knead until smooth, adding more flour if necessary. Roll out as thin as possible, let stand 20 minutes.
