  • milk - 1 c
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • pastry shells - 8 item

How to make egg tarts:

Bake pastry shells for 10 minutes in 375° oven. Beat eggs. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and oil together in a bowl. Pour mix into pastry shells. Bake 20 minutes in 375° oven until light golden brown.
