Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- oil - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bean sprouts
How to make egg rolls:
Mix all ingredients, except won ton skins. Part wrappers and wet with water all 4 corners. Place small portion of mixture on middle of won ton skin. Roll 2 sides to cover, then remaining 2 sides.Heat small amount of oil to 275° to 300° and fry until cooked. Blot well. Serve with favorite sauce.
Makes a great snack, hot or cold, or with your favorite Chinese dish.
