Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1/2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- m - 1/2 tsp
- sherry - 1 tsp
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- cabbage, shredded
- good hamburger - 1/2 lb
- can water chestnuts, chopped fine - 1 item
- onion, shredded - 1/4 lb
- small jar apricot preserves - 1 item
- celery, shredded - 1/4 lb
- can mushrooms, chopped fine - 1 item
- brown gravy syrup - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil in which to cook filling - 2 Tbsp
- Place oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
- Sweet and Sour Sauce:1 c
How to make egg rolls:
For filling, mix hamburger with sherry, cornstarch, pepper, sugar and brown gravy syrup in a large bowl. Place oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add salt and ginger, then the celery and onion. Cook about 3 minutes. Add mixed hamburger to skillRecipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
