  • large white onion - 1 item
  • small head cabbage - 1 item
  • green peppers - 2 item
  • large carrots - 3 item
  • sausage - 1 2
  • egg roll wraps - 3 pkg
  • bundles green onions - 2 item
  • handfuls oriental noodles - 2 item

How to make egg rolls:

Grind all vegetables in food processor. Boil noodles; add to vegetables. Brown sausage; add to mixture. Put about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each skin; fold all corners in and roll up, sealing last corner with beaten egg. Deep fry when ready to use. Makes 40 to 45 egg rolls.
