Ingredients/Components
- large white onion - 1 item
- small head cabbage - 1 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- large carrots - 3 item
- sausage - 1 2
- egg roll wraps - 3 pkg
- bundles green onions - 2 item
- handfuls oriental noodles - 2 item
How to make egg rolls:
Grind all vegetables in food processor. Boil noodles; add to vegetables. Brown sausage; add to mixture. Put about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each skin; fold all corners in and roll up, sealing last corner with beaten egg. Deep fry when ready to use.
