- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
How to make egg noodles:
Add water and salt to egg and stir in enough flour to make stiff dough. Let dough rest and roll on floured board. Cut thin and let dry 2 hours.Recipe categories: Egg, Pasta, Main dish.
