Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla
  • milk - 1 qt
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • whole eggs - 6 item

How to make egg nog:

Use 3 egg whites and beat until stiff. Whip 3 whole eggs with the other 3 egg yolks. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 quart milk with mixer. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring. Fold in egg whites. Put in punch bowl. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
