Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- slightly beaten eggs - 6 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- can tuna fish - 1 item
- minced green pepper - 1/2 c
- bean juice - 3/4 c
How to make egg foo yong:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Form in patties. Fry in oil. Blend last 5 ingredients together and cook until thickened. Pour over patties.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Beef.
