Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make egg custard pie:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar; add milk and beat well. Add butter, vanilla, nutmeg and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes exactly at 400°. If filling is still soft in middle, it will get firm after removing from oven.
